We are experiencing a Cultural Epidemic of Loneliness!​

In a world where so many women feel disconnected and are longing for deeper relationships, this Women’s Medicine Circle offers a sacred space to be witnessed and reconnect with yourself within a community of like-hearted women. Together, we will gather in an intentional circle to cultivate authentic connection with each other while listening to what awakes us, and re-experiencing who we truly are.

This weekend begins with an Opening Circle on Friday to set intentions and create a supportive container, followed by yoga, meditation, and sound bath to allow your nervous system to settle. Saturday is a full-day, guided Plant Medicine Ceremony designed to support the journey of returning to connection, purpose & self, along with facilitator support provided in a tranquil environment. We complete our weekend with a closing Integration Circle on Sunday to reflect on our experiences, in ceremony honoring the bonds created and the wisdom shared.

The wisdom of the circle reminds us that healing and transformation happen not only within ourselves, but also through the connections we create with one another, with deep reverence that we are not meant to do this alone.
